- FILMS MUST BE 40 MINUTES OR LESS.
- Films must have been completed in the past 3 years.
- Each film must be entered for one of the competitions named in the Awards Categories Section.
- Films can be entered in multiple categories.
- Not all entries will be screened. Those selected for screening will be notified via email.
- Each participant is responsible for the content of his/her work and for any possible copyright problems.
- The official language of the festival is English, foreign language films must be subtitled in English.
- We retain the right to change the date and venue of the festival under special circumstances.
- We cannot provide refunds.
- Changes to submitted films will only be accepted if accompanied by a new submission fee. The decision of the selection committee is final.
- The festival may use portions of your film (including trailers/teasers/stills and posters) for promotional material.
- You must own the rights to your film in order to submit.
- We are not liable for any copyright infringements or unauthorized usage and any conflict should be settled by the parties involved thereof.
- You are responsible for any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity.
- Must be over the age of 18 to compete for the unproduced screenplay competition
