Rules and Terms

  • FILMS MUST BE 40 MINUTES OR LESS.
  • Films must have been completed in the past 3 years.
  • Each film must be entered for one of the competitions named in the Awards Categories Section.
  • Films can be entered in multiple categories.
  • Not all entries will be screened. Those selected for screening will be notified via email.
  • Each participant is responsible for the content of his/her work and for any possible copyright problems.
  • The official language of the festival is English, foreign language films must be subtitled in English.
  • We retain the right to change the date and venue of the festival under special circumstances.
  • We cannot provide refunds.
  • Changes to submitted films will only be accepted if accompanied by a new submission fee. The decision of the selection committee is final.
  • The festival may use portions of your film (including trailers/teasers/stills and posters) for promotional material.
  • You must own the rights to your film in order to submit.
  • We are not liable for any copyright infringements or unauthorized usage and any conflict should be settled by the parties involved thereof.
  • You are responsible for any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity.
  • Must be over the age of 18 to compete for the unproduced screenplay competition
